Description
Heat a deep curved pan with oil. Add mustard seeds, toor dhal, bengal gram, onion, green chillies, curry leaves, asafoetida and fry. Add water, (for 1 cup of Black Kavuni Rice Upma Mix and 4 cups of water) salt and Boil. Add Upma Mix in the boiled water and stir in reduced flame. When moisture is absorbed and Upma is cooked remove from fire. Finally add corriander leaves and serve hot.
